Recruiting the wrong executive can be a costly mistake and this is why we are focussed on identifying the best candidates for our clients' businesses. We work in partnership together, often for long periods of time on executive search projects as well as delivering leadership development programmes to executives and managers across our clients business units and business functions.

Ken supports clients in executive search and leadership development using his unique proven expertise. He identifies exceptional individuals to fill executive roles who will add significant value to that business. Ken represents clients across a variety of sectors having successfully placed individuals within the following industries: Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Media, Connected Entertainment, Fuels, Bioenergy and Consulting industries.
Ken was born in Dublin, Ireland and has lived and worked in Ireland, UK and the Middle East. He spent his earlier career working with a number of multinational organisations (e.g. Heineken, Kellogg’s, Unilever, Wella) ultimately reaching the position of Sales Director.
Ken has an Honours Degree in Manufacturing Systems Management, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), holds a Diploma in Coaching, and is accredited in Psychometric Assessment by the British Psychological Society and SHL.
